Weakness:
• Laboratories are under established and needed to be up grated.
• Lack of regular teacher, Lab technician in college is one miner point.
• 90% of students comes from rural area. Bearing farmer background they don‘t
know about basic subject knowledge.
• Student from rural areas are unable to speak Hindi properly due to lack of knowing
Hindi.
• Lack of classroom to accommodate the increasing strength in the subject.
• Lack of permanent teaching Staff.
Opportunity:-
Although students comes from rural areas but still they come in merit list with their hard work.
College provides library, computer & Wi-Fi facilities to the students.
Environment is teacher students friendly. Everyone compliments and treat each other very well. Thus there is no space for discrimination and partiality.
It is one and only Girls college in District.
College provide many opportunity to all, that‘s why students come from far to gain
knowledge
