e) Challenges:-

1. Students mostly come from rural areas and therefore, they are economically weak. They don‘t not have competitive environment. They also do not have basic concept of the subject. College has to strengthen their competitive spirit with sound basic knowledge of the subject.

2. To teach UG and PG students in a satisfactory manner with less than required faculty.

3. To teach Zoology largely through Hindi because most of the students come from rural area and Hindi medium backround.

4. To ful-fill the curricular and co-curricular responsibilities effectively with less than sufficient teaching staff.
