We feel that it is a continuous process toprovide Mathematical application to not only pure natural science but also toCommerce, Economics and Social Science.
Department conducts various co-curricular activities likeGuest Lectures, Seminars, Workshops, educational tour and Industrial Visits forstudents to update their theoretical andtechnical knowledge. Department helps students to develop the soft skills andtechnical skills through Extra Curricular Activities.

This programme wasattended by 72 academician, Scientists and faculty members, 36 researchscholars, 342 students (Total 450persons) from the different institutesof the different states of India. A Very useful and effective Bhaskar Library , started in 09September 2015 in the name of our Gurudev Swami Bhaskaranand Tirth ji Maharaj,is functioning in the department. The fund for this library is based oncontribution of Dr. Omkar Lal Shrivastava and Dr. Sumita Shrivastava. Thislibrary contains books of various interesting and important fields vizMathematics, Physics, Chemistry, General Studies, Mathematical Reasoning,Languages ,etc. . We provide our personal books in this library to help studentsof weaker sections helling from backward areas of Chhattisgarh state.
