⮚ No internet connection in department
⮚ PoorEnglish knowledge and communication skillsof students
⮚ Lackof awareness about computer and otheradvancedtechnology in students due to rural background.
⮚ Lack ofclassroom for M.Sc.
⮚ Lack offaculty members and support staff members.
⮚ Need ofseparate presentation hall.
c) Opportunities: -
⮚ We provide good books of chemistry tostudents.

⮚ We organize presentations of students todevelop theirconfidence, speaking skills and understanding of subject.
d) Challenges: -
⮚ The students entering the college are deprivedof basicknowledge.
⮚ There should be more focus on practicalstudies ratherthan theoretical studies.
⮚ Besidethe syllabus students should also participatein other co-curricularactivities.

⮚ Very less knowledge of English language.
